offNoto lets you record audio and turn it into text directly on your device. Record your thoughts, conversations, meetings, or ideas and convert them into easy-to-read transcripts.

Does offNoto require an internet connection?
No. Audio transcription is performed directly on your device. Your recordings do not need to be uploaded to a cloud transcription service.
Privacy
Are my recordings private?
offNoto is designed with privacy in mind. Audio used for transcription is processed locally on your device.
Export
How can I export a transcript?
Open a transcript and tap Export. offNoto supports:
- TXT with timestamps
- Plain TXT
- SRT subtitles
- VTT subtitles
Troubleshooting
Transcription isn't working
Make sure offNoto has permission to access your microphone. You can check this under:
Settings› Privacy & Security› Microphone› offNoto
If the problem continues, restart the app and try again.
